What is the difference between landlord contents insurance and tenant contents insurance?

Landlord contents insurance only covers the contents of the rental property supplied by the landlord, such as furniture and appliances. Whereas tenant contents insurance covers the contents of the tenant’s belongings like clothing, electronics, and jewellery.
